The Pakistan Digital Stack, envisaged to encompass Digital Identity, Data Exchange Layer, National Integration Platform, Digital Payments (Raast), and Consent Layer, is key to advancing digital governance. It aims to propel Pakistan towards a digital economy, which constitutes over 15% of global GDP and has grown 2.5 times faster than the physical economy over the past decade.

MOU with Ministry of Finance

In October 2023, the Ministry of Finance and KRN, supported by BMGF, signed an MoU to establish the Pakistan Digital Stack. With Raast launched, we are now finalizing the strategy, action plan, and design for the Digital Identity and Data Exchange layers..

Digital Transformation - Envisioning the Pakistan Digital Stack

The industry’s leadership is crucial for this complex initiative, vital for Pakistan’s economic development.
