Mr. Mark Suzman, CEO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, congratulates State Bank of Pakistan, Government of Pakistan and Karandaaz on the launch of Raast, Pakistan’s instant payment system. He believes that with Raast, individuals, small businesses and government agencies will be able to transact seamlessly and at low cost regardless of which provider hosts the underlying accounts.
