Caroline Ayes is a researcher for women's financial inclusion on CGAP's Strategy, Research and Development team. She is also a graduate student studying international development and economics at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Caroline served with the Peace Corps in Morocco as a youth development volunteer. She holds a bachelor's degree in political communication from George Washington University.
