Sabahat Iqbal

Sabahat Iqbal works at the intersection of behavioral economics, technology, and financial inclusion. She has worked with various organizations in Pakistan and the US where she lent subject matter expertise to promote the goal of universal digital financial inclusion. Prior to Karandaaz, she worked with CGAP within the World Bank in the planning and launching phases of Karandaaz Pakistan. She has also worked with Acumen to research the microfinance sector within Pakistan and with Innovations for Poverty Action to conduct customized structured surveys in the provinces of Sindh and Punjab. Sabahat has a master's from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in management information systems.
