Please find attached the Scope of work for this assignment:

1. Specific requirements:

The blog writer will finalize topics for four blogs in consultation with Karandaaz Pakistan. The consultant will conduct the research (primary as well as secondary, as per requirement of the blog) and submit a draft version to the KMC team. After incorporating comments, a second draft will be submitted to the Blog Committee for approval.

1. Proposed Evaluation Criteria:

80% Technical; 20% Financial

1. Requirements:

Applicants should submit an updated CV, Tax# and one pager document indicating proposed topics for blogs and 2 – 4 lines explaining content to be developed. Copies and/or links of previous blogs and newspaper articles should also be submitted.

The applicant should also submit a financial proposal for per unit cost ﴾per blog cost) inclusive of all taxes and Out of Pocket expenses should be submitted separately .

1. Evaluation Criteria:

Applicants will be evaluated against the following criteria:

. Financial Proposal 20%

Applicants will need to meet the following prerequisite criteria:

• Has an NTN or Equivalent Tax Number
• Is available as required for the assignment

Please submit your Proposals by COB 31st October 2018. Please make sure you proposals are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
