 Position Summary

This person will support all HR related functions of Karandaaz Pakistan and is expected to ensure utmost facilitation to the HR Team in managing all stages of the employee lifecycle starting from selection of a candidate to their exit.

Job Description

  • Reviews JDs received from stakeholder departments and ensures consistency of requirements among teams
  • Maintains an updated repository of Role Clarity Documents (RCDs) and Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions
  • Publishes adverts on the corporate website and social media platforms in addition to University Placement Offices
  • Longlists applications based on the JD and shares with Manager HR
  • Schedules and supports the interview process by ensuring all requirements of the process are duly completed by all panel members
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors to conduct reference checks for selected candidates and follows-up for timely closure
  • Coordinates with Admin and other support departments during an employee engagement activity
  • Supports the HR team in running employee engagement activities
  • Recommends ideas to the HR team for purpose of increasing employee engagement backed by credible research
  • Updates the KRN Alumni network database regularly and make recommendations for its consistent engagement
  • Supports the team in the employee onboarding process and ensures the new-joiner settles in well during the first few weeks
  • Ensures all personnel files are updated and complete at all times
  • Ensures all payments for HR vendors are processed timely
  • Keeps all assigned staff trackers updated at all times
  • Facilitates the exit procedure for leavers and ensures their Final Settlement is processed timely
  • Facilitates during the Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Evaluation, Strategy exercise etc.
  • Supports the HR team in making presentations for stakeholders

Eligibility:

A successful candidate will need to have:

  • BBA/MBA in HR with 0-2 years’ formal/informal experience
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Knowledge of the employee lifecycle
  • Understanding of the financial sector and an appetite to learn more
  • Understanding of a not-for-profit organization
