Terms of Reference (ToRs)

  • Prepare and finalize RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
  • Review TORs (Terms of Reference) and OPAR/TPARs (Operational/Technical Purchase Action Requests)
  • Prepare necessary documentation for pre-evaluation approvals including receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, conflict of interest form, etc.
  • Process purchase orders and assist in drafting of contracts
  • Manage and maintain physical and digital archival of all purchase orders, contracts, OPARs/TPARs, and all related documents.
  • Work in coordination with procurement guidelines and manual, end user teams, taxation, and legal guidelines for all requirements.
  • Duly maintain all procurement records and tracking sheets
  • Assist in internal/external communication on behalf of the Procurement team
  • Assist the Procurement team in keeping a track of all procurements and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness of deliverables
  • Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, ensure execution of approved, transparent, and efficient procurement services and processes.
  • Any other task assigned to ensure the maintenance of high quality output for the Karandaaz Procurement team

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, and other relevant fields.
  • 1-2 years of overall experience in Procurement operations
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • IT skills like Excel, Power BI, Oracle, Python, etc.
